- Base salary:
- Starting at $113,263+ (Master s level)
- Starting at $118,263+ (Doctorate level)
- Salary commensurate with experience
Position Summary:
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver a broad range of clinical primary care services for patients across the lifespan. This role includes ambulatory care for adults, pediatrics, and gynecology.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care appropriate to the age and needs of patients
Perform office diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Conduct therapeutic procedures (e.g., injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, infection management)
Counsel patients on treatment compliance, preventive health, family planning, and emotional well-being
Develop and implement patient management plans
Document patient progress and ensure continuity of care
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and compile medical data
Qualifications:
M.S. or D.N.P. degree from an accredited school of nursing
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Current or eligible licensure in the State of Connecticut
Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
