APP: Outpatient Family Medicine
Washington State
Position Highlights:
- Hospital-employed rural health clinic with equal blend of primary care and walk-ins
- 4-Day Workweek
- Outpatient-only with no call, nights, or weekends
- Average 15-18 patients per day
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary: $131K-$152K
- wRVU productivity bonus
- Signing Bonus: $30K
- Student loan repayment
- Relocation: $15K
- PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
- Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
- Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)
Qualifications:
- Degree: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
- Experience: New grads and experienced candidates equally welcome to apply
