## Family Practice / Urgent Care opening | Goldendale, WA Columbia River Gorge — 70 Miles from Yakima, 2 Hours from Portland Salary Range: $125,000–$135,000 ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent position * Schedule: 4 days per week, Wednesday–Saturday — 2 days primary care and 2 days Express Care (same-day clinic) * Autonomy: Unique blend of primary care and same-day services — average 16–17 patients per day allowing for meaningful continuity of care * Setting: Outpatient — rural critical access hospital community clinic * Board Certification required ## Practice Overview Seeking a BC NP/PA to join a collaborative and dynamic care team at a rural critical access hospital serving the Columbia River Gorge region: * Join a Family Medicine team of 5 physicians, 5 APPs, a Medical Director, Clinical Manager, and Office Support Manager * 2 days per week comprehensive primary care — 2 days per week Express Care same-day clinic * Average 16–17 patients per day * Clinic services include Family Medicine, Express Care, Pain Management, Behavioral Health, Dental, Optometry, and Diabetes Education * Rural critical access hospital offering emergency and acute inpatient care plus full ancillary services including Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, PT/OT, Pain Management, and Hospice * Nearly 300 staff members throughout the organization ## Compensation & Benefits * Salary range: $125,000–$135,000 * Full benefits package — details provided upon inquiry ## Required Qualifications * Physician Assistant — PA-C — graduate of an accredited program — required * Active Washington State PA license — required * Board Certification — required * Federal and state DEA registration — required * Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications — required * Current medical staff affiliation and credentialing status — required ## About the Community – Goldendale, Washington * Charming small city of approximately 3,500 nestled among the rolling Simcoe Hills — stunning views of Mt.
