JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provider must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care
- Split office locations between Whitefield and Lancaster
Primary Care:
- Pediatric through Geriatric
- High elderly population
- Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
- 18-22 patients per day
- 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
