Salem OR: Family Practice/Primary Care; Start: ASAP, FT, 3-6 month commitment, w/option to extend, Shifts are 8 hours, M-F, but would need flexibility to work some Saturdays; would get weekday off when that occurs; No Call; 20 patients/day, full support staff; Certifications: ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, DEA with OR address; EMR: Health Connect, a version of EPIC
Beaverton, OR: Family/Primary Care; 3 providers needed; Start ASAP, FT, long-term commitment 3-6 months w/option to extend; Shifts are 8 hours, M-F, but would need flexibility to work some Saturdays; would get weekday off when that occurs; No Call; 20 patients/day; full support staff; Certifications: ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, DEA license;
Portland, OR: Family/Primary Care; Mostly same day walk-ins for illness/injury, and scheduled appts, ASAP 3-6 month commitment; 8 hr shifts, M-F, 8a-5p (1 hour lunch), no Call; EMR: Health Connect, a version of Epic; 20 patients/day, full support staff; Certifications: ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, DEA license
