Longview, WA: Family Practice/Primary Care; Start: ASAP, FT, 3 month commitment, w/option to extend, Shifts are 8 hours, M-F, but would need flexibility to work some Saturdays; would get weekday off when that is needed; No Call; 20 patients/day, full support staff; Certifications: ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, DEA with CA address; comfortable with Fast Tracks; EMR: Health Connect, a version of EPIC
Vancouver, WA: Family/Primary Care; 2 different sites; Start ASAP, FT, long-term commitment 3-6 months w/option to extend; Shifts are 8 hours, M-F, but would need flexibility to work some Saturdays; would get weekday off when that is needed; No Call; 20 patients/day; full support staff; Certifications: ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, DEA license;
Everett, WA: Family/Primary Care; Mostly same day walk-ins for illness/injury, but some scheduled appts, ASAP 3-6 month commitment; walk-in clinic; 8a-7p (1 hr lunch) 10 hr shifts, W-S week 1, T-F week 2, or M-F 8a-5p + every other Saturday 8a-5p
