*Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed)
*End Date: Most are a minimum 3 month commitment, but all of them are ongoing with options to extend.
*Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p, 40 hour week, no Call
*Volume: 15-20 patients per day
*Requirements:
- NP or PA Certification
- BLS, ACLS Certifications
- Any active, unrestricted U.S. state or territory license
- Active, unrestricted, transferrable DEA
- Clean NPDB
- Valid Driver’s license
- Covid vaccinations and boosters; Hepatitis B vax, PPD test, MMR vax, Flu vax
- Background check & fingerprinting
- No lapses in practice greater than six months in the past few years
- Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Committed to rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare
*Rates are dependent on the specific location, but are generally $75-$85/hour
*Travel & lodging are provided by some of the sites, but not others. It is a case by case basis. When it is provided, the pay rate is lower. You can way the benefit of paying yourself or having deductions from the pay rate.
*Malpractice insurance is provided, if needed, but will result in a deduction from pay rate.
