Locums NP/PA Family Medicine needed Long Term, NW Coast of California
*Location: Northern California Coast in Humboldt County
* Setting: Clinic / Outpatient
*Start Date: September 19
*End Date: January 1
*Hours: M - F, 8am - 5pm
*Patients: mix of Adults & Peds
*Requirements:
- APCs with 5 year of experience in similar setting
- PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
- Active, unrestricted CA License
- Active, Clean DEA needed before start
- COVID19 and boomer vaccines required
- Provider must be willing to commit to 3 months minimum, with option to extend
*Support Staff: RN and 2 MAs
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
