Locum Ongoing FM PA or NP needed in Kalamazoo County, Michigan
*Location: Kalamazoo County in Southern Michigan; beautiful area; rated the top place to
live in Michigan; lots of recreational, cultural, and historic activity options; great urban/suburban
mix; low cost of living.
*Setting: Outpatient Clinic
*Start Date: September 1
*End Date: Ongoing with possibility of perm as they are searching for a perm provider
*Coverage: 8-10 shifts in September, ongoing until perm provider is hired
*Shifts: 9am-7pm
*Patients per Shift: 15-30 (10 hrs)
*Requirements:
- BE/BC (BE minimum) Family Medicine
- Must be able to treat all ages
- Active, Clean License (Must be able to attain MI license if not currently licensed here)
- Bids from Providers with IMLC are welcome
- BLS Certification
*EMR: Athena & Meditech
*Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
