🩺 Role Overview
As an Endocrinology APP (NP/PA), you will provide comprehensive care focused on diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
You’ll play a key role in improving patient outcomes through education, continuity of care, and evidence-based treatment plans.
🔍 What You’ll Treat
- Diabetes (Type 1 & Type 2)
- Thyroid disorders
- Osteoporosis
- Adrenal & pituitary disorders
- Obesity & metabolic conditions
💡 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
- Manage chronic endocrine conditions with ongoing follow-up care
- Prescribe and adjust medications (insulin, thyroid therapy, etc.)
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and disease management
- Collaborate closely with endocrinologist and care team
- Assist with procedures (e.g., thyroid FNA, CGM placement)
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation (ECW system)
✅ Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (NP or PA program)
- Active state NP or PA license
- Board certification (NP/PA)
- Minimum 2+ years of endocrinology experience
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Patient-first mindset with a passion for education

- Experience managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, or osteoporosis
- Interest or certification in endocrinology
- Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based setting

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $140,000 – $150,000
- 🏖️ 3 Weeks Vacation + 7 PTO Days + 6 Holidays
- 📚 CME: $2,500 + 3 Days
