🩺 Role Overview

As an Endocrinology APP (NP/PA), you will provide comprehensive care focused on diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.

You’ll play a key role in improving patient outcomes through education, continuity of care, and evidence-based treatment plans.

🔍 What You’ll Treat

• Diabetes (Type 1 & Type 2)
• Thyroid disorders
• Osteoporosis
• Adrenal & pituitary disorders
• Obesity & metabolic conditions

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Manage chronic endocrine conditions with ongoing follow-up care
• Prescribe and adjust medications (insulin, thyroid therapy, etc.)
• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and disease management
• Collaborate closely with endocrinologist and care team
• Assist with procedures (e.g., thyroid FNA, CGM placement)
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (ECW system)

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree (NP or PA program)
• Active state NP or PA license
• Board certification (NP/PA)
• Minimum 2+ years of endocrinology experience
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Patient-first mindset with a passion for education

⭐ Preferred

• Experience managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, or osteoporosis
• Interest or certification in endocrinology
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based setting

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $140,000 – $150,000
• 🏖️ 3 Weeks Vacation + 7 PTO Days + 6 Holidays
