A physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team in Fulton, New York. Position Highlights

Clinical Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
* Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
* Develop appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans
* Order and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging as appropriate
* Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice
* Provide patient education and follow-up recommendations
* Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
* Facilitate referrals or higher levels of care when clinically appropriate
* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across Urgent Care and hospital settings
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
* Current national certification as an NP or PA
* Current or eligible New York State license
* Acute Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, or Primary Care experience preferred
* Comfortable evaluating and managing a broad range of acute conditions
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
