Location: Cottage Grove, OR
Position: PA or NP – Emergency Department
Start Date: June 5, 2026 (Orientation on June 4)
Duration: Through September 30, 2026
Shift Details:
- 10-hour shifts (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- June dates: 6/5, 6/12, 6/21, 6/27
- Additional coverage needed July–September (schedule TBD)
- No call required
Position Overview:
- Setting: Hospital-based Emergency Department (inpatient & outpatient)
- Coverage reason: Staffing gaps
- FTE: 1 provider
- MD/DO support available onsite
Facility Details:
- ED Beds: 8
- Inpatient Beds: 7
- Average Patients per Day: 41
- Patient Population: All ages
Requirements:
- Active Oregon license required at time of submission (no licensing assistance available)
- Board Certified PA or NP
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- ATLS
- TNCC
- Must provide documentation of emergency medicine experience within the past 24 months
- Comfortable performing standard ER procedures
