Serve patients in moments that matter and be part of a clinically strong, collaborative emergency medicine team at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established Emergency Department at a Level II Trauma Center serving north-central Ohio.

This opportunity offers a robust clinical environment with excellent specialty support, efficient patient flow, and comprehensive physician and advanced practice provider coverage—ideal for PAs who value teamwork, quality outcomes, and practicing at the top of their license.



Emergency Department Highlights

  • Approximately 41,000 annual ED visits
  • 326-bed full-service acute care hospital
  • 32-bed Emergency Department
  • Level II Trauma Center
  • Dedicated Fast Track for lower-acuity patients
  • Daily physician and NP/PA coverage
  • Strong on-site physician presence with APP support



Facility Information

OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital is a 326-bed general acute care facility delivering high-quality, comprehensive care across six surrounding counties, offering:

  • Intensive cardiac care
  • Open-heart surgery, angioplasty, and cardiac catheterization
  • Neurological services
  • Advanced diagnostic imaging including MRI and spiral CT

Ideal Candidate

  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Active Ohio license (or ability to obtain)
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS required
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality clinical care
  • Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced ED
  • Strong focus on patient experience and outcomes



Compensation & Benefits (Physician Assistant)

Guaranteed Monthly Salary

$10,200 per month

Hourly Equivalent

$85/hour

(Based on 120 hours per month)

Annualized Compensation

$122,400 annually

This is straight guaranteed compensation

no RVUs, no productivity thresholds, no shift differentials.
