SMART has Emergency medicine coverage is need for APP clinicians at CarePlex in Hampton & Pt. Warwick, VA. It is ongoing until further notice.

Additional Details Include:

Qualifications: APP: PA-C, FNP, ANCC, AANP
AAP: must maintain ACLS or BLS, and if they request Moderate Sedation, the will require the ACLS.

License Requirements: VA

Shift Times:
CarePlex: 7a-1p, 7a-4p, 10a-10p, 12p-10p, 3p-2a, 9p-7a
Pt. Warwick: 10a-10p, 2p-12a
Times are subject to change

Patients Per Hour: CarePlex: Physicians 1.5-2 pph; APPs 2-2.5 pph
Pt. Warwick: Physicians 1.5-2 pph; APPs 2-2.5 pph

Availability Requirements: 3-4 per month shifts preferred
