Schedule Mon-Friday 10hr shifts ~7a-5p call would be beeper call around 14 shifts a month every other weekend, 1-2 days during the week; average about 6-8 callbacks per month and they are generally 2-4 hrs apiece (C sections, hip fracture, bowel obstructions, etc) Avg 1-6 first assist cases a day just depends on the day but they really need the RNFA to scrub in when not doing first assist cases
