Greenstaff Medical is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team as a full-time Nocturnist. This role is ideal for an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering advanced overnight trauma and surgical care.
Job Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum trauma and acute care surgical services during overnight shifts
Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgery, and inpatient care
Perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and interpret diagnostic tests
Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitations, and operative support
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
Practice with a high level of autonomy while managing complex patient cases
Support quality, safety, and performance initiatives within the trauma service
Participate in professional development and leadership opportunities
