Role: Emergency Department - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Location: Huron, SD.
Status: Full-time with 1738 hours per year
Shift: Nights 18:00-08:30
Pay: Competitive salary and benefits
• Licensed and currently registered as a physician assistant/certified nurse practitioner in the State of South Dakota.
• At least two years of ER experience.
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS are required.

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide triage, medical screening examination, stabilization and treatment for Emergency Department under the supervision of a licensed physician member of the medical staff (5 days a month) and same day sick in the Physicians Clinic. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner responsible for the care of each patient, performing only those services allowed by South Dakota law.Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program or graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.• Licensed and currently registered as a physician assistant/certified nurse practitioner in the State of South Dakota.
• At least two years of ER experience.
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS are required.
