## Dermatology NP/PA | Hampstead, NC Coastal North Carolina — 4-Day Workweek | No Call | Established Patient Base ## Position Details

• Full-time, permanent position
• Open to experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
• Schedule: 4-day workweek
• Call: No call responsibilities
• Autonomy: Manage an independent patient panel with physician and APP collaboration available as needed
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Medical and Surgical Dermatology
• Established patient base with existing patient demand
• Provide comprehensive skin cancer screenings
• Diagnose and manage acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair loss, and other dermatologic conditions
• Evaluate and treat suspicious lesions and skin cancers
• Perform biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and an in-house Mohs Surgery team on complex cases
• Opportunities to participate in Cosmetic Dermatology based on experience and interest ## Compensation/Benefits Details
• $30,000 starting bonus

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner
• Active North Carolina license or eligibility to obtain
• Previous Dermatology experience required; 1+ year preferred
• Strong Medical Dermatology knowledge and procedural skills
• Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and APPs
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
