Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Aesthetic Medicine, Cosmetic Dermatology, or Medical Aesthetics to join our Greensboro, NC MedSpa team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced aesthetic provider who is passionate about cosmetic medicine, has a sharp eye for detail, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-growing MedSpa setting. Candidates should have strong experience with Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments and be comfortable developing individualized treatment plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of cosmetic dermatology and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized aesthetic treatment plans
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments independently while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and natural-looking results
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment plans based on their individual aesthetic goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
- Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Stay current on the latest techniques, injectable products, technologies, and trends in medical aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience in a professional, welcoming MedSpa environment
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cosmetic Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, or a MedSpa setting
- Proven experience administering Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectable treatments
- Strong patient consultation and treatment-planning skills
- Ability to perform aesthetic treatments independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for aesthetic medicine and patient-centered care
- Commitment to continued professional development and staying current with advances in medical aesthetics
