Emergency Solutions is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, patient-focused dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout New Jersey.
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive base salary, substantial collection-based earning potential, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually
- Additional compensation equal to 25% of collections
- Full benefits package

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active New Jersey license or eligibility to obtain one
- At least one year of dermatology or related procedural experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
