A respected, physician-owned dermatology practice headquartered in Michigan is expanding into Florida and is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with dermatology experience to join its growing team.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
- Target Total Compensation: $200,000+
- Productivity bonus based on a percentage of collections (varies by experience and location)

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dermatology experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required)
- Ability to practice independently in a busy, high-volume clinical environment
- Strong medical dermatology experience
- Cosmetic dermatology experience preferred
- Surgical dermatology experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
