- Schedule: Rotating schedule; 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a responding clinician in the Critical Care Unit
- Participate in morning rounds with the attending physician
- Manage patient care tasks and participate in afternoon rounds
- Handle bread-and-butter ICU and Med Surg patients
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Acute Care
- Licensed Physician Assistant in MA
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- DEA required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care
Working Hours
- Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- At least 2 weekend shifts per month
Skills
- Proficient in Epic EMR system
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients effectively
