Daily Shift: Standard 12hr
Schedule /Shift hours: 3-4 shifts weekly: shifts are currently 0630a to 0430p or 0630a to 0630p and if we had the right candidate, we would schedule them at least 2 days during the week and weekends.
Clinic hours are W/Th 0930-1630 and if they cannot do that, can manage the schedule to have the regular team cover clinics

Required Procedures: This position has the following scope- respond to traumas, might be the 1st to respond if trauma surgeon is in the OR, be the initial response in the ED; admit patients to the service line including ICU, surgical assist and prepare for and run and post discharge clinic 2 days a week

Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) Applicant must provide documentation of provision of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).

Will provider work solo? If not, other providers' specialties working with them Possible at some points - some days an APC will be working with them; diabetic education is always on site.
