- Predictable block schedule: 7 on / 7 off.
- Manageable volume: 16-bed ICU.
- No call.
- Strong support — plan is for 4 MD/DOs and 5 APPs in the group.

- Location: Georgia
- Duration: August 15, 2026 – February 15, 2027
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Shift: 7p–7a (nights only)
- Volume: Up to 16 patients (full unit)
- Scope: Inpatient night shift ICU coverage
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: BC Acute Care APP, active Georgia license, clean background preferred
