RecruitWell is partnering with a well-established, private group is recruiting an experienced Critical Care NP/PA to join their practice. The role will be working exclusively working 7on/7off in the ICU and Inpatient setting from 7pm-7am. Clinical Overview Inpatient Work Schedule/Responsibilities Schedule: 7on/7off Hours: 7pm-7am ICU & Stepdown Unit – 10 Beds Work at 1 Hospital Required Procedures: Central Lines Arterial Lines Intubations Practice Information Group Size: 6 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians & 3 Dedicated Intensivists Affiliated with 3 area hospitals Academic Affiliation Qualifications Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Must have 1+ Year of Experience performing the procedures listed above Active Florida medical license or eligibility for Florida licensure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and referring providers.
