Intensive Care Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $155,000–$170,000 for W-2 employment
• $3,500 annual CME allowance

• Full-time position providing ICU coverage
• Join a collaborative intensivist team caring for critically ill patients
• Flexible scheduling options include:
• 14 twelve-hour shifts per 28-day schedule block (182 shifts annually)
• Seven 24-hour shifts per 28-day block
• Dedicated night shifts
• Rotating day and night shifts
• Share weekend and holiday coverage with other ICU advanced practice providers
• Perform bedside critical care procedures, including central venous catheter placement, arterial line insertion, and endotracheal intubation
• Manage complex critical care cases requiring sound clinical judgment and timely decision-making
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the critical care team to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of two years of ICU or critical care experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in bedside procedures, including central line placement, arterial line insertion, and endotracheal intubation
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ICU environment
