Assignment Highlights:
- Night shifts only (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Full privileges available
- Acute care hospital setting
- 28-bed ICU with a mix of Cardiac and Medical ICU patients
- Adult patient population
- No call required
- Provider will work independently with Intensivist backup available
- Credentialing includes privileges at multiple hospitals within the health system
Requirements:
- Active state license required
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Previous Critical Care experience required
- Must be highly comfortable managing high-acuity ICU patients and performing critical care procedures
Required Case Logs (within the past 12 months):
- Minimum of 15 Intubations
- Minimum of 15 Central Lines
- Minimum of 15 Arterial Lines
Providers must be able to submit procedural case logs that meet these minimum requirements throughout the entire privileging process.
Additional Clinical Requirement:
- Documentation of inpatient management for at least 100 critical care patients within the past 12 months (hospital requirement for privileges)
Certification Requirement:
- ENLS certification is required during the credentialing process.
