Providers work in a collaborative and supportive environment that emphasizes longer patient visits, lifestyle-based treatment plans, and comprehensive wellness strategies , including nutrition, supplementation, and behavioral health support.

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience or strong interest in functional and integrative medicine to join its growing clinical team in the Tustin area.

This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, and addressing underlying causes of disease. Providers will work alongside a collaborative clinical team and have opportunities to expand their knowledge in integrative and lifestyle-based care.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations focusing on root-cause medicine
• Develop individualized treatment plans using integrative and functional medicine approaches
• Address chronic conditions through lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive strategies
• Educate patients on long-term wellness and healthy lifestyle practices
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in clinical discussions and ongoing professional learning

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Licensure: Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license; active DEA registration preferred

Experience: Background in family medicine, internal medicine, wellness medicine, or functional/integrative care preferred
