An established Cardiology team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join its growing outpatient practice. This newly created position will provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. The role offers an excellent four-day workweek with no nights, weekends, holidays, or night call, providing an attractive combination of clinical responsibility and work-life balance.
Position Highlights
* Full-time, permanent outpatient Cardiology opportunity

* Four 10-hour shifts per week

* Manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions
* Develop long-term relationships with an established patient population
* Collaborate closely with Cardiologists, Primary Care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Clinical Responsibilities
* Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Provide longitudinal management of patients with cardiovascular disease
* Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as appropriate
* Emphasize cardiovascular risk reduction and preventive care
* Educate patients regarding their diagnoses, medications, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
* Collaborate with Cardiologists and other specialists to coordinate patient care
* Work closely with Primary Care providers to optimize cardiovascular outcomes
* Support chronic disease management and improve patients' overall quality of life
* Participate in quality and patient-satisfaction initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
* Annual salary range: $120,000–$156,000

Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
* Current Nurse Practitioner license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* Current CPR certification
* Cardiology experience preferred
* Candidates with Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or related advanced practice experience will also be considered
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
