The Physician Assistant must be available for the coverage period beginning November 23, 2026, for a 13-week assignment.
This assignment includes outpatient cardiology care, established patient visits, hospital follow-up visits, inbox management, prescription refills, and telehealth services for local providers, with no call or weekend coverage.

Patient Population: Cardiology patients

Responsibilities: Established patient visits, hospital follow-up visits, inbox management, prescription refills, and telehealth services for local providers

EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 1–2 MA/LPN/RN staff members
Days Per Month: Monday–Friday, based on the scheduled assignment
On-Call/Weekends: No call; no weekend coverage
Submission Requirements:
- Cardiology board certification or board eligibility as specified in the job requirements
- Active Ohio license required; only candidates with an active state license are accepted
- Experience requirements and additional certifications are not specified
- Must be available for the assignment; credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days
