We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Cardiology team in Trenton, New Jersey. The provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care in collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
• Manage medications and provide patient education
• Monitor patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions
• Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Provide follow-up care and coordinate referrals when needed
• Promote preventive cardiovascular health and patient wellness
Qualifications
• Eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• National board certification as applicable
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
