Heart Failure service

Inpatient heart failure management

EMR: Epic
Requirements:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Heart Failure Certification required
-
Active Utah license
-
Active Utah DEA
-
Inpatient heart failure management experience preferred
