Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
· Graduate of accredited PA program of an accredited university
· You will demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients
· You will need to know how to use email and EMR
· At least one year of experience working as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner.
· You will have experience with pacemaker/ICD monitoring
· You will place IVs and administer IV medications
· This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
· Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
· You will be an associate of the ACC (AACC credential)
· You will have experience with dobutamine pump
· You will have experience in electrophysiology
· You will have experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of best practice in coordinated care environment
· You will have knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
· You will have knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
