Clinical Scope & Patient Population

The APP will provide care across hospital, clinic, and telemedicine settings, supporting patients undergoing complex electrophysiological interventions.

• Patient Age: 18–100 years (Adult/Geriatric).

• Department Focus: Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology.

• Clinical Duties: Rounding, post-operative assessments, and management of patients following:

  • Pacemaker and ICD implants (Traditional and Sub-Q).

  • Loop recorder implants/explants.

  • Ablations (AVN, SVT, Atrial Flutter).

  • Interventional procedures (R/LHC, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty).

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified (NCCPA) — Required.

• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) State License in hand or willing to license (90-day window).

• Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS (Required).

• DEA: Required (must have or obtain a PA address for the DEA).

• Documentation:

  • NPDB self-query (dated within 6 months) required at presentation.

  • Full 7-year work history or 10 previous assignments.

  • Full disclosure of all malpractice history.
