- Established rural health system is seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to step into a leadership role as APP Supervisor
- Competitive salary range of $155,000–$187,000 annually, plus RVU-based bonus potential
- Consistent weekday schedule – four 10-hour shifts per week
- Lead a busy, high-quality cardiology practice within a collaborative and supportive team-based care environment
- Mentoring program available to support leadership transition and ongoing clinical development
- Responsibilities include clinical care, administrative oversight, and APP team supervision
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of cardiology experience and demonstrated leadership skills to be considered
