Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

San Diego and the surrounding area

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work throughout the greater San Diego area and you will be working autonomously. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patient’s health. We specialize in engaging and caring for the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients. This is a mobile position visiting patients at various locations.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation with above market rate for experienced professionals

  • Salary - 150K - 170K Depending on Experience

  • PTO: 10 days paid vacation, 6 - 7 federal holidays and 5 sick days.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse event; planning; and implementation.

  • Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.

  • Provides leadership in the practice location.

  • Nurse Practitioners (NP) are required to function consistent with California Law

  • Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.

  • Sees about 8 to 12 patients a day

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Requirements

  • Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner program required

  • State of California Licensure Requirements

  • DEA and Furnishing license​

  • Ability to work autonomously
