*Location: Worcester County, MA; approximately 45 miles from Boston
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing
*Coverage: Outpatient; Scheduled Clinical Hours
*Shift: Full-Time; Day shift; 40 hour week
*Requirements:
- BE/BC
- Active, Unrestricted MA License
- Clean DEA and NPDB (no current suits or ongoing cases)
- Must commit to 3 months minimum
*Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
