• Light Call Schedule: 1:10 rotation averages just nine call days per quarter with additional call stipends.
• Collaborative Anesthesia Team: Practice within a supportive 1:4 medical direction model with no cardiac cases.
• Customizable PTO: Select 6 to 12 weeks of PTO based on your preferred compensation and schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• $330K–$400K+ Earning Potential: $330,000 guaranteed base with premium overtime offering $400,000+ potential.
• $145K Incentive Package: Includes $100,000 student loan repayment, $30,000 sign-on, and $15,000 relocation assistance.
• Paid Call Coverage: Call stipends start at $400+ per shift in addition to regular compensation.
• Flexible Compensation Model: Twelve-week PTO option still provides a $280,000 guaranteed base salary.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist: Current CRNA certification or eligibility upon completion of training.
• CRNA Training: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
• Ohio Licensure: Current or eligible for applicable CRNA licensure in Ohio.
• Experience Level: Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
