Job description

Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner | Allergy & Immunology | Appleton, WI | $150K to $200K + $5K Relocation

A multidisciplinary medical center in Appleton, WI is hiring an experienced PA-C or NP to join their Allergy & Immunology service line. The practice is seeking a clinically strong allergy and immunology provider who is interested in conventional allergy assessment and treatment plans with a focus on functional medicine. The group pays for your Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) cross-training with a goal to provide comprehensive concierge type care.

The Details

  • Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 per year based on experience
  • Relocation: $5,000 relocation assistance
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days. Clinic only responsibilities.
  • Volume: Anticipate 6 - 10 patients per day with 30 - 45 minute visit time slots.
  • Start: January to March 2027, depending on licensure and insurance credentialing
  • Training: employer-sponsored IFM cross-training, completed at a pace that fits course and provider availability
  • Benefits: full benefits package

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with allergic disease, asthma and reactive airway disease, chronic urticaria, eczema, food allergy, rhinitis and sinus disease, and other immune-related conditions
  • Take histories, examine, build treatment plans and provide follow-up care with supervising and collaborating physicians
  • Take part in allergy testing and in-office diagnostics, and support immunotherapy workflows, in line with your training and credentialing
  • Lead on anaphylaxis recognition, emergency response, safety protocols and patient education
  • Work alongside physicians and advanced practice providers across specialties in multidisciplinary care discussions

What We Are Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program with current PA-C or NP certification and eligibility for Wisconsin licensure
  • 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
  • Allergy & Immunology experience strongly preferred; skin testing, immunotherapy (SCIT/SLIT), asthma or pulmonary diagnostics experience is especially valuable
  • Interest in functional medicine, prevention and working across disciplines

Why This Role Is Different

Most allergy roles run on a fixed clinic template. This one allows you to shape your own schedule and how you care for patients, with time to treat the whole person, sponsored IFM education, and a voice in building allergy and immune care into a functional and longevity medicine program from day one. Apply for a confidential conversation about the role or feel free to reach out to me directly to discuss.
