Locums | Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgery APP | Clinic + Call | MT/IMLC | Billings, MT Why This Role

  • Long-term 3-6 month assignment
  • Mix of OR, rounding + clinic
  • Cardiothoracic + vascular surgery coverage
  • Strong RN + APP support
  • One weekend of call/month
Assignment Details Start: ASAP End: Ongoing Commitment: 3-6 months Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours + call Call: Beeper Weekend call: At least 1 weekend/month Call ratio: 1:5 Call response: 20 minutes Setting: Inpatient + outpatient Volume: ~10 patients/shift Support: 5 RNs, 5 APPs + office staff EMR: Cerner Credentialing: ~90 days; no temporary privileges Clinical Details Cardiothoracic + vascular surgery OR first assist Hospital rounding Outpatient clinic coverage as needed Clinic is predominantly vascular Cardiothoracic postoperative follow-ups Call includes inpatient + outpatient coverage Requirements Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board Certified or Eligible Active MT license or IMLC BLS Cardiothoracic + vascular surgery experience OR first assist experience Availability for at least 1 weekend of call/month Ability to commit 3-6 months Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice provided Travel reimbursed
