###Certified Nurse Midwife opportunity: Findlay, OH - Located 45m to Toledo ###Position Details: * Seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a Women's Health program in Northwest Ohio * Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred * Weekdays: Two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call day with OB Hospitalist support * Weekends: 1:4 call rotation (Friday/Saturday) with Sunday answering service coverage from home during assigned weekends * Current AMCB certification required * Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations preferred * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based model ###Compensation: * Base Salary: $140,000-$145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME) * wRVU Productivity Bonus: $26.00 per wRVU (no cap) * Signing Bonus: $5,000 * CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 * Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance * 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning year 2 ###Practice Highlights: * Established, high-volume OB practice with experienced providers * 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist and pediatric hospitalist services * Level II Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks) * Strong administrative and operational support * Flexible scheduling and a supportive practice environment ###Location:
