Orthopedic Surgery APP Opening in OR Located in Astoria Portland 1.5hrs Full-time; permanent Seeking an experienced Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join an established orthopedic and sports medicine team in Astoria, OR. Work alongside experienced surgeons and PAs in a busy community clinic with a four-day work week and excellent work-life balance. Practice Highlights
- General orthopedics specializing in hip, knee and shoulder, arthroscopy and total joint replacements
- Four-day work week with dedicated OR, outpatient and administrative time
- Autonomy seeing new and established adult and pediatric patients
- Excellent support staff to provider ratio Qualifications
- 2+ years of surgical PA or NP experience
- Active, unrestricted Oregon PA or NP license
- Active DEA certificate
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
- PA: Master's or baccalaureate degree from an ARC-PA approved program; current NCCPA certification
- NP: Master's, post-master's or doctorate from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program Compensation & Benefits
