Cardiology NP opening in Peterborough, NH Boston 62m; Manchester NH 40m We are seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cardiological assessments, including detailed patient histories and physical examinations. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions. Order and interpret laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging studies. Develop individualized treatment plans and evidence-based care strategies. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines. Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patients between visits and ensure continuity of care. Triage patient calls and provide clinical consultation as appropriate. Educate patients and families on cardiac disease prevention, treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies. Promote heart health through community outreach, education programs, and employer wellness initiatives. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence, safety, and patient-centered care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current New Hampshire APRN license. Current DEA registration. Preferred: One or more years of experience in a clinical practice setting. Preferred: Cardiology, internal medicine, primary care, or related specialty experience preferred. Skills and Competencies Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Ability to interpret diagnostic testing and formulate treatment plans. Knowledge of evidence-based cardiological care practices. Exceptional communication and patient education abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and work independently. Commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
