Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity - Chesapeake, Virginia Seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider (EP APP) to join the dynamic Cardiovascular Team in Coastal Virginia. The EP APP will collaborate with and work under the supervision of board-certified cardiovascular physicians, delivering high-quality inpatient and outpatient care with a focus on the management and treatment of the cardiac patient. Position Details *Clinical Responsibilities*

• Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform detailed physical examinations
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Initiate, monitor, and adjust medications per the EP APP Practice Agreement
• Manage patients with complex cardiovascular diseases, particularly arrhythmias
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and radiographic imaging
• Interrogate and reprogram Cardiovascular Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs)
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans
• Provide pre- and post-procedural education for patients undergoing electrophysiologic procedures *Hospital-Based Responsibilities*
• Perform daily hospital rounds and coordinate with EP physicians between procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for in-hospital EP issues and patient needs
• Coordinate inpatient EP procedures and antiarrhythmic drug initiation and titration
• Provide discharge education and complete necessary follow-up orders *Outpatient Responsibilities*
• Manage a daily schedule of approximately 15 patients in clinic
• Pre- and post-procedure evaluations
• Antiarrhythmic drug monitoring and urgent symptom assessments
• CIED interrogations and remote transmission interpretations
• Subcutaneous monitor consultations and routine electrophysiology follow-ups
