## APRN or PA Cardiac Electrophysiology opening | Mountain Home, AR North-Central Arkansas ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent position * Setting: Mostly outpatient; some inpatient * Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00a–5:00p / Friday 8:00a–12:00p * 3-5+ years of EP Cardiology experience as an NP/PA is required * No call * No weekends and no holidays ## Practice Overview Seeking an experienced APRN or PA to serve as an integral member of a cardiovascular care team providing advanced clinical expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiologic disorders: * Work in close collaboration with electrophysiologists and a multidisciplinary team * Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care across the continuum of care * Outpatient clinic visits and pre-procedural evaluation * Post-procedural follow-up and long-term device management * Population health portal and EMR documentation ## Compensation & Benefits * Competitive compensation package * Benefits - full benefits, health dental vision life retirement, etc. * Potential for a $20k sign on bonus + relocation expenses ## Required Qualifications * APRN — MSN from an accredited school of nursing required; or Physician Assistant * Active Arkansas APRN license and DEA license in good standing — required * Minimum 5 years of nursing experience — required * BLS — required * ACLS — required within first 6 months of employment * PALS — required within first year of employment * Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, EMR, and population health portals ## About the Community – Mountain Home, Arkansas * Charming small city in the heart of the Ozark Mountains in north-central Arkansas * Known as the "Twin Lakes Area" — situated between Norfork Lake and Bull Shoals Lake * World-class fishing, boating, hiking, and outdoor recreation * Affordable cost of living with a welcoming, tight-knit community * Excellent schools and family-friendly neighborhoods * Four distinct seasons with stunning Ozark scenery year-round * Low crime rate and a relaxed, high quality of life
