## ENT Physician Assistant | Boston & Lexington, MA Greater Boston — Split-Site Outpatient ENT Practice ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent position — 40 hours per week * Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week — no weekends, nights, or holidays * Setting: Outpatient ENT — split evenly between Boston and Lexington clinic locations * Responsible for own panel of patients with procedure participation ## Practice Overview Seeking an experienced ENT PA to manage an independent panel of patients and participate in procedures across two Greater Boston clinic locations: * Perform history and physical examinations, formulate care plans, and order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests * Provide education to patients and families * Document clinical encounters clearly, precisely, and in a timely manner * Coordinate patient care to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and timely patient-centered care * Liaise between visiting nurses, clinical staff, and consult services * Consult with physicians and surgeons for more complex diagnoses * Serve as a clinical resource and educator through formal and informal education, literature review, and participation in seminars and conferences * Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to determine patient and family health needs ## Compensation & Benefits * Competitive compensation package * Full benefits — details provided upon inquiry ## Required Qualifications * Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies — required * Active Massachusetts Physician Assistant License — required * ARC-PA and NCCPA certification — required * AHA Basic Life Support certification — required * Valid prescriptive authority from MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA — required * 3–5 years of clinical experience — required * 0–1 years of related ENT experience — acceptable * Proficiency with computer systems including web-based applications and Microsoft Office ## About the Community – Boston & Lexington, Massachusetts * Boston — one of America's most historic and dynamic cities with world-class arts, dining, sports, and academic institutions * Lexington — charming, highly regarded suburban community northwest of Boston known for excellent schools and historic significance as the birthplace of the American Revolution * Excellent quality of life with easy access to New England's coastline, mountains, and cultural offerings * Logan International Airport offering extensive domestic and international connections * Four distinct seasons with rich New England character throughout the region
