Job description

Job description • Seeking a qualified NP, APRN, or PA for an 11-week locum tenens assignment. • Provide treatment to new and existing patients aged 18–90. • Expected patient volume: 8–15 patients per day.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct MAT intakes and patient assessments. • Adjust medication dosages as needed. • Perform annual physical examinations. • Manage methadone, buprenorphine, LAIB, and long-acting naltrexone treatments. • Document patient care in the SMART EMR system.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts NP, APRN, or PA license. • Addiction medicine experience preferred. • Board certification preferred but not required. • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred but not required. • Suboxone X-waiver not required. • Relevant experience may substitute for fellowship training.

Working Hours

• Assignment Dates: November 16, 2026 – January 31, 2027. • Duration: 11 weeks. • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. • Patient Load: 8–15 patients daily.
