A health services organization in Vermont is currently seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team in Chittenden County.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Fixed
- Hours: 27 hours per week
- Patient Population: 15 Patients per day
- EMR: EPIC
Responsibilities:
The Physician Assistant (PA) will:
- Manage current PAs patient load, including medication management, pessary management, pre and post-op visits, and non-surgical New Patient consults
- Provide support to the triage nursing team
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree
- Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Board Eligible / Certified
- Certifications required: BLS
- Certification in OBGYN specialty or Urogynecology specialty
- Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient-oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of Epic EMR
