Join a surgical assist group that supports gynecologic and urogynecologic surgeons across the Fort Worth area. In this full-time role, you'll scrub in on a blend of robotic-assisted and laparoscopic pelvic procedures, with no clinic duties pulling you away from the surgical work.
The schedule is built around surgical cases and averages roughly 30-35 hours per week. The position is strictly operating room, with no call, no orders, no rounding, and no office hours. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary and a full benefits package.
This is a strong fit for an experienced NP/RNFA or PA-C who prefers the OR to the clinic and wants a sustainable schedule without giving up hands-on surgical work.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekends. 30-35 hours per week. It's not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish before 2pm.
- Responsibilities: First assisting in gynecology and urogynecology robotic and laparoscopic cases. No orders, clinic, or rounding required.
- Salary: Guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus up to $8,000 per year in productivity bonuses.
- Experience: At least 1 year of gynecology or urogynecology surgical first assist experience, with comfort assisting through the first assist port.
